A planning application was submitted for the site at 40 Little Fyans Street to construct community care accommodation.

The new building would host the Youth Prevention and Recovery Care.

The two-storey building would include spaces such as a therapeutic garden, discussion spaces, sensory rooms and communal living areas, with 10 resident beds and room for one overnight staff member.

A new development has been proposed to build warehouses at 41-43 Little Fyans Street. The plans would mean demolishing the building at the corner of Little Fyans Street and Hams Place.
