Enjoying Geelong

The Waterfront

The Geelong waterfront is one of our favourite locations to photograph. It is becoming a popular venue for events and is fun for people watching.

Events

Events are fun for trying out different photography techniques. We get a wide variety: events held at night, sporting events and fun markets.

Check out our event photos.

Arts And Culture

Street Art: Geelong is building a strong street art identity. There has been an increase in the amount of commissioned work in the CBD as well as unofficial pieces – if you know where to look! Our street art hub shares the recent history of street art in Geelong as well as where to find the best pieces.

Sculptures: More sculptures are being continually added as part of the Central Geelong revitalisation.

Exhibitions: Geelong has been home to some pretty cool exhibitions.

Street Performers: Street performers are a regular presence in the CBD. You can find them in the mall most weekday lunchtimes as well as at events. Here we share some of our favourite photographs
