In early 2019, I noticed that the building at 127 Ryrie Street was vacant. The building remained empty for years. Fortunately, in 2021, I noticed that work had started on the building.
I kept an eye on the building over the next couple of years. They replaced the Ryrie Street entrance and did a lot of work on the building at the back.
The Electric Hotel officially opened in November, 2022.
