Ishka Has Closed Down

In February, it was announced that the Ishka franchise had gone into voluntary administration. I shared photos of that in early March.

I was in town briefly on March 31st and I noticed that people were moving items from the store into two vans. I couldn’t get more photos as I was in town for another purpose and was being very strict with social distancing.

I went into town earlier this week and it was gone.

Last year, the Ishka brand was criticized for posting misleading closing down signs. Turns out there was some truth to it. In February, the brand went into voluntary administration.
