I noticed that the former As Good As New storefront was vacant in early 2019. The premises remained empty for some time. In 2021, work started on redeveloping the building. I documented the progress at New Development at 127 Ryrie Street: The Electric Hotel.
Today, I noticed that there was new signage on building. It looks a lot better than its previous incarnation.
