I was walking past the Salvo Op Shop at 16 Malop Street when I noticed a sign on the front window. It said that the op shop would be closing on May 13th.
There was also a sign on the top of the building saying that the building was up for auction. It will be interesting to see who buys it. The auction listing highlight that the site has “development potential with height limit of 21m.”
