Queen Elizabeth died on September 8, 2022. This was in the early hours of the morning on Friday, September 9 in Australia.
I was in town later that day and noticed some flowers had been placed on the steps of the town hall.
I returned a couple of weeks later on September 23. There was a billboard and a notice acknowledging the queens passing and more flowers.
