In late 2020, I noticed that the building at 9 Downes Lane was starting to be refurbished. I made sure to keep an eye on the area as new windows and doors were added, and the building was painted.
In May, 2021, Felix Restaurant finally launched. Forte Magazine described it as ‘one of Geelong’s most remarkable dining experiences.’ It has definitely changed the vibe of the area.
