One of my obsessions lately has been revisting a lot of the old milk bars and corner shops in the Northern Suburbs. I’ve lived in Corio for 2/3 of my life, so have been curious to see how Corio Shopping Center has impacted on the other shops.
This area is now pretty run down and is mostly home to the Sandman mattress factory. We could even see the original signage for a former milk bar in the area.
