In January, I explored the area around Pakington and Rutland Street. I was drawn to some beautiful old buildings and made a note to return to the area. I did see signs for nearby galleries but didn’t really research the area further.

Turns out the area is becoming a thriving precinct, largely due to the Hamilton Group. This project was completed about 6 weeks ago and is described as the first installment of woolstores precinct. Will be following the area a lot more closely now!
